Target: The interview and briefing helped define their main target market as being high-end home owners, and luxury building architects. A research revealed zip codes where these personas work and reside, which defined a niche audience for campaigns to come.
My approach: At first, one would think that the brand should reflect luxury and upscale living. But after getting to know the client's team, process and culture, and after reviewing persona trends, I decided to showcase the business as being approachable, modern, humble, serving and experienced. Someone whom the wealthy are not intimidated by, instead, inspired by and feel they can rely on.
